11h15 : Investigating the state of the nation. Looking at the current environmental situation, the economic impact of tourism and how this influences social development

12h00 : Developing a code of conduct for responsible tourism and being a responsible tourist. How can we make easy changes that make a difference?

13h00 : Lunch Break

14h00 : Practical exercises that impact our every day experiences. How are we influenced by our shopping basket, and how to identify the best business model

15h00 : Refreshment break and summary. Provide information on resources to encourage positive stakeholder engagement
